Sep 20 2007Holographic Vaio Zoom Notebook Concept
The Vaio Zoom notebook concept was created by designer Eno Setiawan. The idea is that the notebook is entirely holographic. When off, the screen is clear glass and the keyboard is an expansive of beautiful black shine. When you turn it on the keyboard, screen, and mouse buttons are displayed as holograms. I think the thing looks beautiful as hell, but damnit, it's a concept. Just like the majority of other concepts, it doesn't work in the real world. It's like the concept for the woman I want. She's a supermodel, great cook, nymphomaniac, doesn't nag, can rest a beer on her head, has no teeth, and loves watching sports. See, she's a concept -- she doesn't exist in reality. That's why I live in my grandmother's attic with a bunch of cats. I've given up.

Wow!! That looks too awesome. But' I'm not too sure on the practicality. Somebody might be mistaken it for just a simple thing and sit on it. Poor gadget...
Anyway, i adore the beauty of it...

Ya know if it didn't have to work I'd be able to design a friggin' awesome laptop too. It would be the size of my finger, would have a full size keyboard, would project the image directly on your eyeball, and use no electricity. See now that's a friggen' laptop. I might even throw in a Dr. Pepper dispenser that keeps your shit cold.

from all the concepts, this is one i actually like and would use. what`s the advantage over a normal VAIO laptop? except its degree of coolness, but is it lighter, at least?

WOW!! how much is this laptop?
