Aug 14 2007Leather Dragon Backpack
Are your attempts at scaring women and small children on the streets failing? Well then check out this leather dragon backpack made by Bob Basset of Ukraine. Bob, who if you can't tell is a dragon fanatic, made the thing entirely out of molded leather and black magic. While I can appreciate all things dragon I just have the feeling that this thing won't go over well anywhere but the annual renaissance fair (or a late night DnD session). All I know is that I used to have a real pet dragon named Firestorm and we would fly all over the world together. Until I slayed him to make the sweetest pair of assless chaps you ever seen.

I think Pedro is saying that the original meaning of 'Dragon Rider' was someone who rode dragons (like a horse rider), then the new meaning (with reference to the bag) is that the actual dragon is now the rider as he is riding the man, hence he is a 'dragon rider'.

I think it's a beautiful work of art. The collar on the dragon is a wee bit much... It's too bad the photos are so small. I'd love to see it up close to see the quality of the leather itself...
If you're wondering, why, yes, I do own a pair of knee high black (p)leather boots with a lovely two inch heel.

This is the coolest backpack I've ever seen! Beautiful! Looks like it is very well made too. Good craftmanship is important.
