Lamp Globes is a blob of lights designed by Veronica Eklund and inspired by biological shapes of nature like the molecule. She describes it as:

An experiment between artglass and utility goods, where the vital shape of the globe is changing with the environment in which it is used and continue to evolve in new contexts.

I don't really understand what any of that means, but who cares, since I've always wanted light bulbs that look like giant tumors.

I wouldn't exactly call a molecule "biological."

It looks like my left nut. I think I need to go to the doctor.

Feces is organic!

nothing is more illuminating than a nice bucket full of cancer.

It looks like a bunch of boobies. Mmmmm...boobies...

Lamps are the new clocks of Geekologie.

That'd be fun to have hanging from your ceiling lamp. "OMGWTF?! YOUR LIGHTBULB GREW A TUMOR!"

*Oh, and just adding. All lightbulbs are technically organic, if I'm correct. Organic just means that something has carbon is it, and I do believe carbon is in most lightbulbs.
So calling it organic doesn't really make it special, does it?

Carbon is the necessary element in something organic. If it DOESN'T have Carbon it cant be called organic.
or·gan·ic:
–adjective
noting or pertaining to a class of chemical compounds that formerly comprised only those existing in or derived from plants or animals, but that now includes all other compounds of carbon

I got a B+ in Biology!
But failed Cooking, apparently you can't use soup from a box.

....Didn't I already say something to that effect?
Anyways, that lightbulb DOES have carbon in it. But so does just about every other lightbulb you'll ever use.

I have no idea what I'm looking at, but I know I want it. I also know I want to then smash it over my landlords head the next time he comes asking for the rent.

You get it once every 6 months dude, get over it.

Veronica Eklund, your experiment failed.

The common artist oftens employs a technique called "bullshitting" to convince others their work has meaning when the art speaks for itself.

in this case, her 'tumour globe' not only whisperes longingly into my ear about what an abomination its existence is, it screams "Kill me! smash me! Use my shards to slit your wrists for ever having laid eyes on me!!!". Kinda like BrundleFly grabbing Geena Davis' shotgun and pointing it at his own head.

intersting...or should i say..ENLIGHTENING!
