Aug 2 2007Dorm Room Tetris

tetris-lights.jpg

This is a video of Russian students running around their dorm rooms switching lights on and off to simulate a game of Tetris. It's probably fake, but I'm really hoping it's not. Although it 100% is. Fake that is. I mean, look at it. I'd believe Jurassic Park was real before this.

One of those pieces wasn't a real tetris piece. And they didn't even use the Tetris music in that video. They fail, horribly.

First?

Allow me to be the first to say that was lame. They should have gone all out, or not done it at all. Kind of like my sex life. I go all out when I do it, or I don't do it at all. Actually, only the latter.

Praise to Geekologie, another Tetris-variation post. But where are the Tetris birthday cake posts!? You know you have them, don't wait until you're stumped for posts about NES and Transformers and lamps.

That's not fake. I mean, them doing it in "real time" is fake, but they still took pictures of their dorm with certain lights on like that and put them into a slideshow thing. So, fake, but not fake. : )

I like that their communication is no more sophisticated than beepers and semaphore.

this isn't even worth a comment, but then again it's so boring that i had to comment on how boring it is.

no further comments.
