Aug 24 2007American Gladiators is Back!
Just when I thought today couldn't get any better, I find out that NBC is bringing back American Gladiators! Oh lucky day. Sure ESPN Classic plays reruns (which are awesome), but after you've seen them all dozens of times you're left wanting more. I am so excited! You know, I was actually interviewed to be a gladiator back in the day (I was going to be Kaboom). But during the negotiations process I flew into a roid rage and was caught humping a Coke machine. I haven't heard from them since.
Oh, and if you don't get a boner watching the video after the jump, you're probably dead.

But worry not. They resurrected American Gladiators to make up for it.

o yea it sucked. that completely slipped my mind....that i stopped watching something because it sucked....i guess i should remind my self why i dont stick metal things in the electrical socket to cause i think i forgot what happens.

I don't know who is writing these for the last couple weeks, but he/she/it (1) is too wordy, (2) is unfunny, and (3) shouldn't steal jokes from nationally-syndicated television.

@14 if the daily show is the first time you heard the ol' soda machine joke you're way late. my dad's been tellin' that one for atleast a decade. while not new, it's still funny. probably why the daily show used it.

What's the fun of gladiators if someone doesn't die? Or at least lose a limb or something.
Now, maybe if they pulled a Vick, where the losers were executed, or the winner girls are raped by the winner boys to make more-winner babies, then I'd wanna watch.....
Violence is great if it's safely viewed from your house & no one you know is involved.
