Jul 20 2007Super Mario Bros. Subwoofer

mario-subwoofer.jpg

This guy's friend offered to build him a subwoofer from scratch, so he came up with this design inspired from Super Mario Bros.

This is of course the question mark block and brick block seen in the original Super Mario Bros.! He built it to the correct dimensions and then I painted it. I am satisfied with how it turned out!

Turned out pretty awesome. The last time I tried building a subwoofer from scratch I ended up with a pile of broken electronics and catching my pants on fire.

First?

I feel so empty.

#1, You are, loser.

I wonder what the rest of his house looks like... that's cool and all... just tacky as hell.

Looks like my penis

I would feel like more of a loser if the insult was coming from someone who wasnt impressed by a big mario subwoofer.

Big whoop. It is a block. Does the maker really think that is cool? I bet if I smashed it with my skull it wouldn't even make a coinget sound.

He didn't build a subwoofer from scratch. He built a subwoofer enclosure from scratch. Big difference.

"Built it to the correct dimensions"...They know what the dimensions are to the blocks in a video game?

Yah I think Yoshi is a "little" disproportioned!! Ha Ha get it little...disproportioned!

What a faggot.

For real, it say's "built it to the correct dimensions" in a misleading way. He build an enclosure with the correct size for the subwoofers, at least I hope it is two, otherwise there is too much airspace, then did a painting to look like bricks and a question mark block. Big woop. As long as it is dimensionally equal to side by side cubes, it would be the correct dimensions, or rather, proportions. Not even in the top 10 greatest accomplishments of geeks in the last 3 days.

Mine's better.
It's looks like Mario's head.
And yea, it was built to the correct dimensions.

no.

the whole thing is gay, except for the awesome yoshi doll

My sub woofer is built like a subwoofer and won't get my ass kicked when I show people it. I win!
