Not much info on this car crash except that it happened near China Town in Thailand. And not much info on me except that I'm devastatingly good looking.

Fake. Those cars look waaaay to pristine to have been in an accident, unless one of them was accidentally gently placed atop the other with a crane.

I saw a truck resting on the back hood of a Dodge Neon once, both of which were pretty undamaged. I tried to find the news clip but no luck.

Looks like the car on bottom rear-ended the one on top, judging by the bumper damage and position of the top car.

I kinda agree with iZac, although, I think the top car reversed into and up onto the bottom car. If the bottom car had hit him at that speed it would go under it, but the momentum would then knock it off and forward., and there's no skid marks after that bottom car to indicate braking.
With the handbrake on , the bottom car was anchored, thus letting the top car reverse up onto it...That's what I reckon anyway.
