Turns out Apple has a pretty bad habit of stealing ideas from artists. Engadget put together a little collection of their recent thefts and it's pretty shameful. So Apple is being sued by an artist, who he himself probably should be sued for his film where he "used" phone conversation bits from movies.

The artist who MADE the video for the emo band, made it for APPLE as well...that's why they look the same.
Plus, isn't this like...almost 2 year old news?
Don't make me throw monkey sauce at you.
