Jun 13 2007TSK-VX7 Touch-Screen Keyboard

keyless-keyboard.jpg

The TSK-VX7 is a touch-screen wireless keyboard that was presented during Computex Taipei 2007. Since there's no keys to push down on it seems way too easy to make errors. It looks cool (and by cool I mean stolen from Star Trek), but I can't see this actually functioning as a mainstream keyboard. Although to be fair I can't see much of anything. My glasses are like Coke bottles.

Not only does it look shit aesthetically, it looks shit practically.
Everyone should be like me.

Best!

I just want to touch it ..
SO BAD!
I could type gramatically incorrect forever with that thing!

Lauren, you can be gramatically incorrect on my keyboard anytime, your typing sounds so HOT!

The keyboard sucks the makers are trying to be all fancy but it just really sucks

A keyboard? This thing would suck as a remote.

Sorry, but when you've seen a friend get so mad with his PC that when he hammers his fist down hard on the keyboard the keys go flying everywhere, you don't want to see him change to a keyless keyboard.
Hell, the greatest joy is watching him trying to figure out which key goes back where. Hmmm... good times.

Disagree - this thing looks way cool and would avoid dust buildup. I think I have to have one. It will do until one made entirely of light comes out.

They already have a keyboard made entirely of light
Light Keyboard on any surface

I wouldn't wanna use that keyboard even if I got payed. No keys to push down = hell on earth.

The typing speed should be even faster once you get used to it, because you don't have to depress keys anymore. Also, playing computer games would be easier once you get used to it. And no more bread crumbs and worries about spilled drinks and sticky keys.... you could spludge on the keyboard, and still have no problem using it.

Yeah! Noisy old keyboards are the best. I make far less typing mistakes. On the other hand I dropped it on my foot once and got a rather large painfull bruise.

LONG LIVE STAR TREK!!! KAPLA!

you need the keys to push otherwise your fingers would slip onto other keys, it would be a bitch to type. i already slip onto "p" when i wan't "o", why would they make that easier tpo dop, whoops.

I've been looking for a keyboard like this for eons. I love that it's touch sensitive, light, and compact, and I can't wait to try one.

I won't miss pressing keys, that's for sure.
