May 18 2007WebTime Series Elite watch

In the never ending quest to develop watches with harder and harder to tell time comes the WebTime Series Elite. To tell the time on this monster you have to look at where the colored line intersect with the number markings. Which actually isn't that hard, except that there are numbers on both sides of the line. The thing costs ¥14,800 which, according to my calculations, is about 100 bajillion US dollars.
More shots of the watch and how to tell its time after the jump.

I think i'll stick with my fake rolex. Sure, it runs a little speedy, but doesnt need batteries. Or a minute hand. Come to think of it, it's more of a sundial that i wrote "Rolex" on.

This watch was on your Daddy's wrist when he was shot down over Hanoi.
He was captured and put in a Vietnamese prison camp. He knew that if the gooks ever saw the watch they would confiscate it. Take it away.
The way your Dad looked at it, this watch was your birthright. He'd be damned if any slope's gonna put their greasy yella hands on his boy's birthright. So he hid it, in the one place he knew he could hide something: his ass. Five long years he wore this watch, up his ass. Then, he died of dysentery, he gave me the watch. I hid this uncomfortable hunk of metal up my ass two years. Then, after seven years, I was sent home to my family. And now, little man, I give the watch to you.
