Cutting scale measures food as you cut

The cutting scale is a concept for a cutting board that has an integrated scale within a defined area on it's surface so that ingredients can be cut and measured on the same surface with very little extra effort. It's a super simple idea and one I'm surprised nobody has thought of yet. Because seriously, I'm sick of measuring my food on the same scale I use to measure justice. Doesn't make any sense? Think about it.
