Sep 7 2006 Yalos is world's most expensive TV
Keymat Industrie has released the Yalos which they claim is the world's most expensive TV coming in at around $130,000. The TV features a while gold frame studded with 20 carats of diamonds, although it only comes in resolutions of 720p and 1080i. You'd think with the cost it'd at least have 1080p, but that's what happens when you replace technology with precious gems. Just the other day I swapped out my TV for a giant ruby and the thing hasn't been the same sense. Damn you, cold Hot Pocket. Damn you to hell!
Sep 6 2006 Cutting scale measures food as you cut
The cutting scale is a concept for a cutting board that has an integrated scale within a defined area on it's surface so that ingredients can be cut and measured on the same surface with very little extra effort. It's a super simple idea and one I'm surprised nobody has thought of yet. Because seriously, I'm sick of measuring my food on the same scale I use to measure justice. Doesn't make any sense? Think about it.
Sep 6 2006 RoamEO is GPS for your dog
RoamEO is an exciting new product that enables dog owners to quickly and easily locate their pets. Using a GPS-enabled collar, RoamEO can pinpoint your dog's location and show you where he's heading. It's that simple.
I suppose this could be useful if you have a habit of letting your dogs run wild. Then you'd exactly where they were. Or if you don't want to shell out $459 for this thing you could just follow the screams of people being eaten instead. What, your dog doesn't eat people? Then he's not a real dog.
Sep 5 2006 HydraCoach helps you drink water
Have a tough time drinking the proper amount of water? Then here's a bottle to help you out. It tracks how much water you're taking in via several electronic metrics, and lets you know how much more you should be taking in for optimal hydration. I've actually designed my own system for figuring out how much water too drink. It's called 'being thirsty.'
